Exhausted from being human? That's what's really behind it

Updated: Mar 3

In this post, I want to show you what this could be related to and why the solution might not be where you expect it to be.

Many people think they are tired of being human because being human is simply exhausting or because they are fed up with their old life. They long for other cosmic spheres and find life boring, tedious, or even meaningless.

They say things like:

  • "Even having to go to the bathroom every day feels exhausting to me."

  • "A human body needs so much time and attention – food, emotions, interactions with other people..."

Maybe you think you're suffering from being human.

But what if that’s not the real issue?

What if you simply have no motivation left – not because you lost it, but because you are currently uncovering deeply hidden constructs within yourself that have to do with motivation?

Many of us (even the very conscious ones) have motivation constructs based on guilt, shame, or pain. This has been quite normal until now, because that’s how we learned it from society or our parents.

But a lot has changed this year. For many of us, inner contracts and energetic structures have shifted. Now, it’s about recognizing these old constructs and renewing them.

Recognizing and renewing old motivation patterns

Maybe you used to act out of guilt – doing things to avoid feeling guilty, even though you thought you were doing them out of love or because it was the “right” thing to do.

Or you acted out of pain – you carried a deep wound of rejection and created spaces out of this pain to help others meet each other authentically. This worked well and brought beauty into the world.

But now your body and your being are signaling to you through this “human existence” issue that you used to draw motivation from these old structures. Now it’s time to recognize, understand, and consciously replace these old motivation constructs.

Drawing from love and creative power

As long as you hold on to the old constructs, life will feel heavy and boring. Even everyday things can feel exhausting.

This is simply because the old motivations no longer work and you are now meant to learn how to draw from a new depth. Now you can learn how to draw motivation from a new source – from pure love and creative power.

How can you change this?

You can approach this with different methods. The basics for any change are:

  • Set the intention to recognize these constructs.

  • Observe what happens within you over the next few days regarding motivation, guilt, and pain.

  • Perform a ritual to let go of the old.

  • Be clear about what and how you want to do things differently and consciously invite that in.

My favorite techniques for this are Family Constellations and Theta Healing. They help you recognize deeply rooted structures and transform them sustainably, and very quickly.

Family Constellations help you uncover hidden dynamics and loyalties within your family system that influence your motivation patterns. Often, feelings of guilt, shame, or pain are inherited from past generations. By revealing these entanglements and acknowledging them, you can release unconscious burdens and step into a new way of being, free from outdated motivational constructs.

Theta Healing, on the other hand, works on the subconscious level by transforming deeply rooted beliefs related to motivation, guilt, or pain. In Theta Healing, we explore the subconscious programs that drive your actions and emotions. Once identified, these beliefs can be energetically cleared and replaced with empowering ones, allowing you to draw motivation from a place of pure love and authentic purpose rather than from outdated patterns of guilt or pain.

Once you look at and clear your motivation constructs, you will once again enjoy having a body, nourishing it, and using it with full energy and love for what is meant to be manifested and created from within you out of love.
