I work intuitively and we go to the places where something feels stuck, held back or ready to move.
Together, we explore what is underneath patterns, tension and suppression — through the body, emotions, voice, energy and presence.
Sessions can be held:
– in person in Zurich — with body work, somatic work, voice work, emotional work, pressure-point release and energetic work
– by phone or Zoom — working energetically, mentally and emotionally
