My extensive experience in leading change projects and collaborating within team environments enables me to support complex transformation processes on a visual level (Scribing, Theory U Graphic Recording Methode). This results in a potent and lasting impact, facilitating change.

Within my approach, I employ live visualizations to capture both the evident and the concealed. Immersed in workshop dynamics with a meditative stance, I translate and convey information and emotions visually.

My focus is on artistic design, intended to ignite new connections, emotions, and thoughts among participants. This enriches the workshop, enabling the exploration of typically hidden topics, nurturing stronger group cohesion, and addressing pivotal aspects crucial for overall success.
